From pathogenesis to modern diagnostics and practical treatment concepts.
Understanding pathogenesis
How surgical procedures, implant materials, endotoxins, or nutrient deficiencies drive cells into senescence.
New diagnostics
Correctly classify markers such as RANTES/CCL5 and FGF-2 in order to better understand silent inflammation and its effects on cells and tissue and to be able to treat it in a targeted manner.
Therapy strategies
Therapy includes the restoration of FDOJ lesions, supplemented by senotherapeutic measures (omega-3, polyphenols, CoQ10, vitamins D/K2, NAD⁺, nutrition & fasting) as well as prevention during extractions, root canal treatments, and implants.
